Mischa Barton Out of Jail
According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department web site’s automated inmate database system, Mischa Barton was released from the police station at 11:21, so a little over an hour ago. That means she spent 8 hours in jail, I guess to sleep off the drunkenness that made her all DUI-ey, and to finish doing whatever narcotics they found in her possession.
At least, I assume celebrities get to finish their drugs if they’re arrested, and don’t have to give them up as evidence or anything. That’s only fair. After all, these are celebrities we’re talking about. Or, at least, in Mischa Barton’s case, semi-celebrities.
